You need to recenter your actuator valve. There will either be a set screw and lock nut or threaded collar that you can adjust. Shut off the engine. Loosen the lock nut, and turn the set screw (or turn the adjusting collar) in or out incrementally. Restart the engine and try steering again. If the steering has improved, shut off the engine and turn the set screw or collar a little more in the same direction. If the steering has gotten worse, turn the set screw or collar the other way. Keep adjusting until the tractor steers with equal ease either way, and you're done!
