Overseas Shipping

Your order will cost more to ship than the prices charged on the website, as Import Tractor Parts is located in Canada, on the North American continent. Shipping to the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, or Isreal will be substantially more than the rates charged on ITP.

Courier shipping will be a minimum of $200.00US more than indictated upon checkout, but mailing will be a minimum of only $30.00US more than indicated. Keep in mind that courier shipments are traceable, but mailed ones aren't. We will let you know how much it will cost for shipping your order after you place it, or beforehand, if you inform us by email. Mailed orders are very, very slow, and will take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to reach their destination, and up to 13 weeks. There is nothing we can do about this. We don't want any complaints about delivery times; if you choose to have it mailed to you, you ACCEPT it will take a long time to arrive. That is the way it is, and we can't change the world. ITP will not be responsible for lost mailing shipments outside of North America. You must decide whether you want expensive expediency, or economical leisure in your order's arrival. Once it is out of ITP's hands, it is now the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it. We have never had an order fail to reach it's destination, if that makes you feel any better.

NO RETURNS on overseas shipments; all overseas sales are FINAL.

We have no desire to mislead anyone, much less rip anyone off, so these are the conditions you must agree to in order to place an order for shipment outside of North America with us. If you have already placed an order, and don't agree to these conditions, we will gladly refund your money and cancel your order.

No shipments will be made to a different country from the one enquired from.

No shipments will be made to Africa or Nigeria, ever; scammers don't waste your time or especially MINE.

We are happy to serve anyone from almost anywhere, but there is a trade-off, and that is your full understanding and co-operation of the conditions detailed above.
