IMPORT TRACTOR PARTS CUSTOMER POLICIES

EFFECTIVE MARCH 7 2019:

US Customers: Please be aware that you might incurr a Customs brokerage bill for buying from us, as all orders over $800.00US are subject to (but not necessarily will) incurr brokerage. This is beyond our control.

PARTS ORDER POLICY

All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.

Non-inventoried items must be paid for in full before we will place a special order. No refunds on special orders.

Third party purchases must be authorized beforehand by the OWNER of the tractor. This doesn't apply to repair shops.

Return Policy:

If any part is defective, simply mail it back to us post paid, surface rate, for a full refund.

Any returns for any other reason will be subject to the reimbursement of all expenses incurred at our end (Customs, duties, tariffs, brokerage, taxes, etc...),
plus a restocking fee; we cannot be filling orders for nothing or a net loss at the whim of anyone. Parts prices will have to go up otherwise, and then
everybody loses. All returns must be pre-approved by phone and provided with an RMA number; any returns without preapproval and RMA number marked
clearly on the shipping box will be refused. No returns after 90 days for any reason.

Our return policy: We do not accept returns after 90 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return please contact us for a return management authorization (RMA) Once you receive a RMA via email all items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

If an order is placed and you decide that you do not want the order after it has been submitted, please be advised that a $10.00 Administrative Fee for all office processing and Paypal fees will be withheld from your refund.

If an item is returned due to improper ordering, or if you decide you do not want the order after it has been shipped, up to a 25% restocking fee and outbound shipping charges will be applied.

All returns must be in their original carton, undamaged, with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund and the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Paypal Policy

Any and all Paypal disputes received will result in an immediate refund and cancellation of your order. Paypal's policy on disputes over waiting periods can close Import Tractor Parts's account, and this must not happen.

Import Tractor Parts is a unique resource for the American Farmer, and cannot be compromised or put at risk by people not willing to accept the conditions of owning an obsolete, imported tractor. We are dedicated to the American Farmer; the Farmer is Who and What ITP was created for, and we must protect their limited resources at all cost.
