When enquiring about an order, please respond with the NAME and EMAIL of the person that placed the order. We are constantly sent on frustrating, wild goose chases trying to find orders from names and email addresses other than the original purchaser. That absolutely doesn't work. ITP's orders are internet and computer logged. If your name is Kevin MacDougall, and your email is kmac@msn.com, and Allison Logan at allyl@yahoo.com makes the enquiry, WE WON'T FIND IT, because Allison Logan or allyl@yahoo.com won't be in the system. Use the original name and email address the order was placed under, and we will find it very quickly.
