Paypal Policy Any and all Paypal disputes received will result in an immediate refund and cancellation of your order. Paypal's policy on disputes over waiting periods can close Import Tractor Parts's account, and this must not happen. Import Tractor Parts is a unique resource for the American Farmer, and cannot be compromised or put at risk by people not willing to accept the conditions of owning an obsolete, imported tractor. We are dedicated to the American Farmer; the Farmer is Who and What ITP was created for, and we must protect their limited resources at all cost.

Return policy: If any part doesn't fit your tractor, or is defective, simply mail it back to us post paid, surface rate, for a full refund. No returns after 90 days.
